Managed to get a place on one of Richards bread making course in bath, what a great day, learnt so much at least my bread will not be good for breaking windows anymore! A thankyou board for Richard made from Maple and Walnut, the board in the picture is a basket weave board, I don't seem to have any pictures of the making of these boards. They are quite complex to make with three different set of gluing - will pop some pictures up when I make the next batch.
